With student records present on the system as relevant directories, generating invoices and receipts becomes a smooth process. The system captures the relevant line items from templates designed by you, along with defining the due date for payment of fees. A fee invoice is created for each student based on these directories and templates, with automatic numbering of invoices.

Once the fees are received, it can be categorized as per mode of payment (cash, card, cheque, DD etc) and the relevant fee receipt is generated and mailed automatically for the parents use.
