Active students are those who are currently part of the school system. With Eduwonka Student Records, manual records do not have to be maintained for every active student. These are available under a single platform to create a directory, which can then be used in a drag and drop manner to create the right set of groups.

Once the set of active students, teachers and subjects are part of the digital system, grades and sections must be created - students, teachers and subjects must be assigned to the respective groups. On the one hand, this enables an overview of the institute’s structure, on the other hand, it facilitates classroom planning for the teacher as well as the management.

Students spend an important part of their life with an educational institute, but that journey must end someday. Each year an institute bids goodbye to students – they graduate, move cities, are compelled by personal reasons, and at times, there may be special circumstances including termination by the school or other reasons.
